Loft Conversion:- This job involved installing stairs, installing new velux windows, insulating the loft space, replacing the old squeaky floorboards, building a partition wall, lining walls with plasterboard, installing all plumbing for en-suite including power shower, fitting underfloor heating, tiling bathroom floor, fabricating bespoke doors and built in wardrobes, and finally painting & decorating. |

Bedroom Redecoration:- This job involved removing an old built-in wardrobe, removing plasterboard, adding Kingspan insulation then re-lining with plasterboard, fitting new skirtings & plaster coving, painting and laying new laminate flooring. |

Leaking roof repair:- Water had been leaking through the roof causing wet rot in the timbers below. The rotten timbers were cut out and replaced, source of the leak was fixed and cladding replaced. |

Tree blown down during high wind:- Tree had fallen across driveway during recent high winds. Quickly cut up using chainsaw and removed. Job time 1 hour. |
